12 Week Personalised Training Programme 

12 week training programme designed specifically for you. 

We will work directly with you to design a programme aimed at achieving your goals. The programme will be designed to fit into your lifestyle and is available for all levels of fitness. 

Traditionally we have only offered these out to elite individuals! We have now opened these up to everybody allowing people of all standards to benefit from our programmes


Athlete Performance Programme 

Barbell and Kettlebell Weights

Performance programme designed specifically for people looking to increase performance for their specific sport. 

This is a ongoing programme that uses periodisation and blocks of training to train different elements. 

The programme is scientifically researched and is currently being used by some of the world's elite athletes.

Team S&C Programming

Looking for an S&C programme for your team?

We can programme you team via our app. 

We will work directly with the coaches/players to design a programme specifically for your team. 

The programme will be delivered via our app to the players phones where the coaches will be able to see who is working and who isn't. 

Some of Our features include 

- Leaderboard, to see who is working the hardest. 

- Position specific programming. 

- Whiteboard so the session can be shown on screen.
